Man, I mean, library.i2p is all but gone (empty now), brittanyworld.i2p denounced porn a long time ago, pr0nsuck.i2p is offline, WTF?

Hi!
I've got some porn, but with i2p-bt it's no fun to set them up. And i2p-nntp is kinda slow (and I don't have a bin-news prog). So wait for q or feednet or else

I2p-bt isn't anymore at least not for windows users. They can use my binary distribution or someone elses.
It makes things simple for users, simply click and go. No messing around with command lines.
As for anyone not running windows, well I wouldn't expect them to complain about such things and not be able to do something about it themselves. |

Don't forget you can also share stuff from your default eepsite directory. Just plop stuff into an empty subdir of i2pinstalldir/eepsite/docroot/, then point people to that new dir and jetty will conveniently auto-index your files there when someone visits it. |

The i2phex network 
There is gigs of it there amoung gig of other types of content. 
I have no doubt that within a fairly short amount of time once that network has grown to over 100 users, we'll end up with over a terabyte being shared.
There isn't much hindering i2phex's network growth other than the wait for i2p's udp networking and the growth of the i2p network itself. |

Well I do porn sites (adult webmaster) for a living. I'd consider it mainstream compared to some of the fetishes. We got baloons, midgets, amputees, hairy, transexuals, you get the picture here. These days 7 way gangbangs are nothing.  I mean you had what was it called the houston 500 with five hundred men. Seven is nothing, my friend. |

Maybe you would be nice enough host a porn eepsite? Or find a way to get more porn onto i2p. Surely you have some contacts you could work on selling the idea of running i2p porn eepsites on. Even if it is just amature sites or something.

I could put some stuff up if you really wanted. not my own stuff but some free content other companies gave me to help promote them. I have access to several dozen gigs worth of movie clips. Wouldn't be commercial but just to be nice. To make it not as bad for the original sponsor I would still put up banners and such but leave off affiliate codes (That would normally let me gget paid but also identify me).
There are problems with i2p being used as a porn haven for commercial webmasters just yet however. We either have merchant accounts set up with banks in order to handle billing or else we use third party sponsors which do the billing but give us a cut. So right there barring some sort of anonymous currency sollution we would have no way to bill you anonymously for both ourselves and you. The only thing that would halfway work right now from a commercial viewpoint is setting up what are termed "freesites" (users do not have to pay but the purpose is usually to upsell to a sponsor or paysite) and things like "tgps" (thumbnail gallery posts, like freesites except a collection of pictures is collected from many webmasters and linked to in one central location) The problem with this model is that we'd still be linking to non-i2p sites as our sponsors and this would again compromise both your anonymity and ours. Somehow I sense that the users of i2p would like stay anonymous all the way through the process.
Anonymous sites do have promise for us as an industry, if the problems can be worked out. The industry is really needing it as some very overzealous laws are hitting the united states (and there is a ripple effect elsewhere even if you do not live there) in relation to porn webmasters. Unfortunately it seems right now running a successful commercial site and maintaining anonymity is not fully possible as the two are mutually exclusive from a realistic viewpoint. My contacts would not be willing to migrate over due to this right now. But for people who do this as a hobby or are really into porn, they'd likely love it. But you'll probably end up with many child pornographers (in my industry this is a huge no-no to even be associated with it in any way) before anything else.
